Urgent closure for Chicks Lane - Sat 10 Sept

WILTSHIRE COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that on 10 September 2022, a portion of Chicks Lane will be closed to all traffic, in the interests of public safety, to enable Wessex Water to carry out repair to urgent leak to a communication pipe relay and associated works.

The works will take place along a part of Chick’s Lane from its junction with A338 to its junction with Bourne Rise. Please see this detailed map of the affected closed area.

The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

These works will commence on 10 September 2022 and are anticipated to be required until 13 September 2022 for 3 days. This notice will have a maximum duration of 5 days.
