Find below the agenda for the Collingbourne Ducis Annual Parish Meeting, to be held at Collingbourne Village Hall on Thursday 7 MAY 2024 at 7.00pm.

Members of the Public who wish to ask questions regarding items on the agenda are asked to notify the Clerk in writing at parishclerk@collingbourpe-ducis.com at least 96 hours before the meeting. Moreover, it would be appreciated if attendees could notify the Clerk of their attendance at least 48 hours before the meeting.

The Annual Parish Meeting will be immediately following by the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council.
