New village planters!

We’re pleased to share that, as part of our continued commitment to improving our village beautification and supporting our natural environment, the Parish Council has installed 6 new planters around the village.

A big thank you to Cllr Steve Lyons for sourcing the planters, and to Steve and Cllr John Wood for planting a selection of flowers. We’d also like to extend a big thank you to the villager who has adopted the 2 large planters by the village shop and will look after their maintenance.

Adopt a planter!

We’re inviting any interested villagers to adopt a planter. Adopting a planter would involve looking after the already planted flowers by watering, pruning, clearing and any general maintenance.
