Modification of byway connecting Tidworth and Collingbourne Ducis

An order is made by Wiltshire Council, under the Wildlife and Countryside Act, because it appears that there is no public right of way over land shown on the Definitive Map. This means that currently, a path should be present connecting Tidworth and Collingbourne Ducis where no path currently exists.

A further order of modification has been proposed to lightly divert the restricted byway in the interests of the land owner. The diversion will also benefit from a prominent crossing location for increased safety.
