Get your £150 energy rebate

On the 3 February 2022, the government announced measures to help protect millions of households from rising energy costs.

Wiltshire council is paying a £150 energy rebate to households in England, which are in council tax bands A-D. So far, the Council has paid over £12.8million to 85,438 households in Wiltshire.

Rebate payments will be paid automatically in May to a further 18,000 households who pay their council tax by direct debit.

If you do not pay your council tax by direct debit, a letter was sent by Wiltshire Council during the week commencing 16 May 2022.
